If you are like me, and trying to start the new year off on the right foot, you are probably avoiding all fast food. Unfortunately for me, my roommate is obsessed with the new McDonalds snack wraps and I am getting seriously jealous.
Luckily, this super easy salad recipe satisfies fast food cravings better than you could ever expect.
• 1 1/2 cups baby spinach
• 1/2 cup cucumber
• 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
• 1/3 cup alfalfa sprouts
• 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 baked chicken breast, seasoned with salt & pepper
• 1 Tbsp salad dressing of your choice (I like Kraft calorie wise ranch)
Tasty, satisfying, and all for 375 calories.
