I’m not sure why, but I always seem to be running to campus. I had big plans to wake up this morning and do a good workout, but I was up late last night unpacking so I may or may not have hit the snooze button =|…oops.
I broke one New Year’s resolution already today so I can’t break two. “Sweat every day” lead me to doing a quick yoga video from Tara Stiles’s YouTube channel. It was quick, relaxing and the stretch was great after my long winter break. Tara Stiles has lots of quick yoga videos whenever you need a fix. At an average of 8 minute per video, it would be easy to add yoga to my morning routine. Hopefully I will have time do to some more after class!
